The tracking result shows China Post delivered it to the recipient on Nov. 21 but the recipient required them to deliver it later to him. Maybe he is not there at that moment. China Post will deliver it again to him if he has told them the day and time to deliver again.

Are you the sender or recipient? You'd better contact China Post by calling 11183 in China to ask them deliver it to you again. The place to pick up is hard to find for a foreigner.

As previously stated my friend did not receive a card indicating where to pick up. Could China post pls call the cell number provided by me or could u send an address of where to send her to pick it up. I understand it will be difficult but I'm positive a taxi could take her there. One more quick question she tried the number above to call but no answer. Is there a different number or are they closed due to the Chinese holiday?
