I'm waiting other 4 parcels, but none of them seems to be on the way to Italy....is it everything okay with them? I am worried especially for the 2 that have been stuck for a while in zhengzhou

Hi teresa,

Most of the packages sent by Italy are delayed due to coronavirus. There is few flight to there which makes it delayed. You'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. If you couldn't receive them in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.
