I returned some bad human hair wigs l got from qwanqou china through usps on the 9/18/23.with tracking no CH195093263US.
Till date it has been stuck with China customs.l do not know the reason because human hair is not a contraband good . It goes out of china on a daily basis . What can l do .
I just included the receivers address without a phone number.
