I sent a package to my family on May 28, 2021. The tracking # is CH135248294US. The package has been held in ZHENGZHOU Customs since June 22, 2021 waiting for the receiver to pay the tax for the package (Tracking result: 2021-06-22 16:34; 郑州市, 应纳税邮件，待收件人支付). However, the receiver never received any notice how to pay the tax. Could you please advise the procedures how to pay the tax for this package?
