How to get tracking code that I forget to take

Hello,
I forget to ask for the tracking code of my postcard sent on Friday, 14 Jun 2024 at Huangpu Branch (Shanghai).
Now I am not in China and could not call to ask for the tracking code, how can I do now?
The only thing I have now is my Alipay record as paying for stamp and service. I hope they can track and provide me the tracking code.
