How to find out who sent a package

My daughter purchased a wood bed weighing 180 pounds supposedly from the USA. They gave her tracking number LY895004585CN from China which is not correct. I get packages from China and they are all small packets, not large furniture. Plus they only charged $9.99 for shipping.
We know it is fraud, but need to prove that the tracking number is some other item. Not what we ordered. These fraudulant companies are stealing people's money. They then give them a tracking number for a small package to someone else in the area. Once it shows delivered it is hard to get your credit card company to call it fraud.
Is there any information you can give me, weight, size, from who, to who?
We all need to do our part to stop these thieves.

Sorry, we couldn't find out who delivered this. It's private presonal information. Only the seller could provide you with this information.
LY895004585CN is for a package with the weight less than 2kg to my experience.
