There is no way to contact Guangzhou Processing center. If you have problems about your package, call China Post service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) to inquire.

It has left China on 26th September. Now it's still on the way to South Africa and not reach. There will be further update when it arrives. It usually takes 15- 45 days to reach.

I tried to contact the sender, the local office, but no one helped me find the shipment. So I would like to ask you to do a further investigation, and if possible find my shipment.
