HOW STANDARDIZED DECLARATION if i'm outside the china ? i'm in indonesia.
the receiver didn;t know anything, he's just worker.
i do not have china phone number.
what is STANDARDIZED DECLARATION ? must pay duty ? or what ? invouicec are inside the envelope in the parcel.
how if not declare or not fill the form ? will sent back to sender ? how long must wait ?
