I order something on April 12 and was told it would take 8-12 business days to arrive, due to the epidemic I stayed patient and expected it to take longer but it’s been over a month and it says it hasn’t even left China yet. I just wanna know where my package is and how long it will take. The tracking number is LS306393480CN.

It didn't pass the check and returned back on May 15. It was delivered to air transport again on May 16. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal.
