How much delayed are we talking about?

In my previous question you stated:
“ Hi Canadaupdate,

It's delayed in China. The seller should let you the delivery time for EMS package couldn't be guaranteed due to the coronavirus. You'd better wait for more days to see it arrives in Canada. “

I wonder how much delay are we talking about did it leave China or it’s in transit outside of China?? I must inform my customer of a time before I get it. How long are we talking about thank you
