How many years can my package be returned safely to Guangzhou ?

Dear Daisy,
Since many times the number of 3 so far my package is regularly stopped by security and after passing it back in the circuit to have delivered me. But it looks like a time loop, in which he's a prisoner. I was told that since it was three clothes there was probably an anti-theft not removed by the seller.
