How many days will my package take to arrive? Its already been 15 days

Hi my package has been stuck on one status since 2nd of April . Its been 15 days and I have not received it inspire shipping via ems. Please update me.

Hi Akhil,

EMS is slow at present. It was handed over to the carrier transport on April 2 and usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Your add said the package will arrive in 8 - 10 days. The last update on the tracking link is 12 Dec and it says it could take up to 40 days to arrive. Are you able to provide more info?
