Hello,
I have been waiting on my parcel since August and it still has not cleared customs yet. The shipper/supplier does not respond to my messages so it keeps getting returned from customs. What should I do if the seller does not respond? My parcel is stuck and I'm not sure what to do. I have been waiting for 3 months already.

The tracking number is LZ979910481CN. The tracking number is now reading as expired. Can it still be delivered to me or not?

It was passed the check and was returned back for many times. The latest tracking information still shows it will be returned back. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check. If the seller doen't respond, it will be stuck or returned back later.
