My tracking no. is AG160865316CN. Order date is March 20, 2023 and was paid by my bank on March 21, 2023. Now it is April 10, 2023 and my order no. I have a parcel currently in your system and was looking for an update.
I ordered the parcel over 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within those 3 weeks.

I have been waiting for a parcel with a tracking number of AM240346031CN since the 7th of December. My parcel has not been updated since the 16th of Dec.
When it did finally get updated on 21st Dec it says 'shipment arrives at processing centre' what does this mean and how long will i receive my parcel within?
Can you kindly please let me know there is a parcel that was dispatched by the sender and China Post have a parcel in transit for delivery to me in the UK.
