How long until a parcel is returned to sender?

Hello,
If the recipient in China does not pick up the parcel at the delivery point, how long will the parcel stay there until it is returned to the sender in Europe?

Hi Nic,

It usually takes 10- 30 days to be stuck before it's returned if the recipient doesn't pick up the parcel at the delivery point.

My parcel has been returned to shipper. E-mailed numerous times but no reply from seller

Hi Maz59,

If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
