How long should I wait??? Tracking AS401582467CN

Package has been in the US since June 20th. It looks like it has cleared customs, twice? Not sure why it had to go through 2 times. How long should I wait before I need to cancel my order and get a refund. I am getting worried now I will never see my package. Is there someone I can call for help?

Hi Matt,

I suggest you wait for another 20 days to see if you could receive it, if no, you need to contact the seller to get refund.
