How long is too long before I should contact seller?

I have a package “despatch from sorting center Shanghai” since 3/21 it’s been over 30 days there like that with no update. Ik packages are taking longer due to COVID19 but how long is too long of a wait before I maybe contact the seller?

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives after it was delivered to air transport. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't get update untill June 16, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
