The consignee of imported goods shall declare to the customs within 14 days from the date of declaration of entry of the means of transport. If the declaration is not made within the prescribed period, the customs will collect a late declaration fee. Goods that are not declared for a long time after the prescribed period may be deemed abandoned or sold by the customs.
The recipient can choose to declare on the postal tax collection platform, or entrust a postal customs broker to declare on his behalf, or bring relevant materials to the customs for declaration.
