How long do I wait for an update?

Hi there

My shipment CY002413367CN was shipped 59 days ago and was handed over to the carrier 39 days ago but there haven’t been any updates yet. Should I wait for 60 days to pass from the time it was delivered to carrier before I contact the seller?

Hi Morgan,

It usually takes about 40-80 days to be delivered. You'd better wait for more days to see if you could receive it.

Hi Daisy, CY002413367CN says it has arrived in New York about 10 days ago. Is this accurate or if the package still waiting to leave China?
