My package made it to ft lauderdale and was out for delivery, but then the next day it said "failed delivery"...? how is that possible? Can i pick it up? if so where can i do that at?

Hi Lawrence,

In this case, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with UPS about how to get it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
