How is it possible that my package has been on transportation for 38 days !

Is there a problem with postnl ? Usually it only took me a week or two to receive my package in morocco and now it says "The item is on transport to the country of destination" for 38 days ! And i placed my order almost two months ago , should i request a refund or wait ?? RU904018165NL

Hi Ayman,

It should be delayed. You'd better wait for another 20 days to see if it could be reached. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
