How does this pass for service?

You site clearly says EUB and EMS should take 7-40 days to reach North America but this appears to have been sitting in an airport for a month?! The local carrier still doesn't have it.
Where is this package and how can you possibly take two months to get a package out of China?!

With the virus everything is taking more time than usual. The delivery time for EUB and EMS couldn't be guaranteed. Some of the packages may delayed greatly. If you couldn't receive them in time, you can contact the seller to give you a solution.
