How does China Post know if the package was delivered and where in the USA? How does China Post TRACK packages in the USA?

Hi Peter Wlodylo,

After it arrives in the US, USPS will deliver it to you. Once it's delivered, USPS will update the information to China Post that it has been delivered.

I haven’t received my package for over two months. I tried to track it via Royal Mail and China post tracking however it says “delivered” to unknown destination which I assume is ‘China postage services” . When it arrives in my local post office do I have to pay a fee, but from what I know it’s meant to be delivered to my house . The company I ordred it from hasn’t replied to me. China Post package shows delivered in US, but was never recieved (2 replies)

I had a package sent via China Post which was supposedly delivered a week or so ago, but I didn't actually recieve it. The tracking# was AS754919952CN - is there any way for me to confirm the address it was sent to, in case they delivered to the wrong one? My understanding is that these packages are handed off to USPS in the US - is there any way to get the USPS tracking number? I can't seem to get USPS to acknowledge the China Post number given above.
