I need some help with my package. I have a status update message: Guangzhou City, you need to submit cargo declaration materials or go through return procedures

Are you in Guangzhou? If so, you need to contact the customs by calling 020-81102000 to ask how to submit. If you are not, you need to contact the people in Guangzhou to do so.
