I need help understanding the following:
1. Where do I buy a medium and a large size box to ship gifts?
2. What post office location in Wenzhou do I go to ship these boxes? (One box shipping to Tianjin, one box shipping to USA)
3. What are the open hours of the correct post office?

Hi.. my friend send a package for me in shenzhen at sept 14th 2018. But till now it's hasn't been updated in the system yet. Whenever i try to track it's always says: validation failure. Could you please check this number please: 1040294416231. She went back to the post office and they said it will be delivered in 8 days (?) Why taken so long? They also said that's because the package was heavy (around 20kg) is there any rules like that? She has been paid for the service though.

1. You don't need to buy the box beforehand. You can buy at the post office. If you want to buy beforehand, you can only buy on Taobao. You need to ask for help from a Chinese people to buy for you.
2. Theer are many post offices in Wenzhou. I need to know your location in order to find the nearest one for you.
3. The opening hours for most of the post offices is: 9:00-17:00
