How do i go about getting signed up for these postal services so i can start shipping my products through them.

You'd better go to your nearest local post office to ask where to sign the account.

Hi, I'll like to send a product from China to USA via E-Packet. Can I get my seller to ship it to an E-Packet warehouse? Or is there a way I can purchase a E-Packet shipping label and send it to my seller?

The seller knows how to use e-packet to ship it. You can require the seller to do so.

BATTERIES shipping via SEA to ISRAEL (2 replies)

Hey,

Earlier today I asked about shipping RC Car with 7.4V 1500mAh Li-ion Battery inside the package (really little battery).
Daisy answered me that it is allowed via SEA SHIPPING with CHINA POST.
Today I went to CHONGQING HuangNiBang CHINA POST office, they told me it's prohibited air/sea doesn't matter.
Can you please send me the link to the regulation regarding BATTERIES and SEA SHIPPING, so I can go to the post office and show them it is allowed.
