Hi diane,

You need to contact the seller to require a refund. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I need to return wigs back to this company. First they were resisting me a refund trying to give me every excuse under the sun and basically told me I was keeping them. Then after countless emails or repeatedly asking for the return address they only offered a partial refund of which again after me rejecting that as not good enough, then did they send me this address. Can I check if the contact and address is legitimate?
And has anyone else who has sent refund to this address, have you received your refund?
