How can I update delivery address in Shenzhen as supplier is not receiving declaration letter for my goods to be returned. PayPal gave slightly incorrect address ... screwed me

Hi Coles nZ,

You can only contact the receiver in China to declare to the customs. Or, it couldn't be delivered.

Mail is not leaving China processing facility (1 reply)

Mail from the USA was supposed to be sent to Singapore but somehow the country code was put as China.
The parcel was sent to China instead and now I am hoping that it will be sent back to the US or redirected to Singapore.
Can someone tell me why it is not leaving the Beijing processing centre?
I called China post and they said this is surface mail so there is no tracking...
I called USPS and they said it is stuck in customs in China.
Can somebody help me.
