How come my parcel is sending back to me?

I posted my parcel in late Oct 2021 from Sydney to Hong Kong. But after all these time waiting, the parcel is coming back to me in Sydney. What is going on?

Hi Tina Lai,

You'd better contact the courier you use to send it in Australia to check why it's returned back to you.

The parcel was in Shanghai in Nov until Dec 2021. Then it was sent back by Shanghai post. So you are going to ask me to check with Australia Post???? Does this even make sense????
