Sent package LK201141889US that cleared US customs on 3/20/2017. Customer says he has not received it. The name and address is:

Your package couldn't be tracked after it leaves China. I think it's still on the way to China now.
Do you leave the recipient's phone number when you send the package? When it's in China, China Post need to contact the recipient by phone.
