how can I receive document that can prove parcel's missing

This is my delivery number. It show delivery complete but I can receive the product. I want refund but their need document that can prove my parcel's missing. How can I receive this documents?

Hi,

It's delivered by Korea Post in South Korea. You need to contact Korea Post to reflect the problem and let them to provide the document that you don't get it.

I dispatched 5 parcels from China to Pakisan in June July and recently after a wait of 6 months receive just one parcel. I dispatched in a box and receive my things in a sack. Almost 20% of the things are missing from the parcel. Now who is responsible for the loss?
