You can call 11185 (then 8 for English service) to connect China Post to pick the parcel up. You can also go to one of your nearest China Post offices to deliver it to Germany.

Hello,

I ordered a package from China and used a Parcel forwarding service (ParcelFlow) to forward it to Germany.
Yesterday there was an attempted delivery at my UK adress but the delivery failed. I don't have any other information why that happened but the status now shows that my parcel is at the Belfast PDO (Delivery Office)

Will they try to redeliver the parcel on monday or do I have to contact them (RoyalMail) first?
What I did until now is I contacted the support of ParcelFlow but I haven't received an answer yet.
