HJYT tells that the package is in the local post office, but it is not....

Dear all,
Can someone help me find out where is my package and how to get it delivered? The seller does not speak English and only answer with "copy-paste" templates.
According to the tracking in formation for the package HJYTE2133991348YQ it is
"2021-10-18 17:24
Destination, Item ready for pick up at a Post Office collection point against a notice of arrival or item code"
I have contacted my local post office and they do not have any packages for me. Does any one know how to find more information about my package? Or, maybe, someone know how to contact HJYT form outside Chine (e-mail, for example, because they only have some Chinese qq messenger and a phone number)?

yesterday is in post office , today my package change to signed - Destination, Item delivered. Not sure there will be a courier send to me or is just paper sign without goods. For sure is not me who sign of as recipient.

Ma il pacco è introvabile il venditore non riesce o non vuole interessarsi del problema rispondendo le solite risposte di tracciamento di 17track , su un sito di HJYT ho trovato che sono bloccati i trasferimenti verso le poste del Belgio o DEll'Olanda .... Non so ma credo che il pacco non arriverà, AIUTO !!!

Same thing guys I think it is a scam since September I didn't receive my items with same tracking number HJYTE2124282286YQ it is our fault we didn't open disbut with the 15 days they give us to refund
