My parcel is stuck in Guangzhou, ,YiJiaoChengYunShangYunShu, it has been there since 11/9/21. Is there any way to know when it is going to arrive. My parcel number is EV994839073CN

Hi Bienox21,

EMS sent to Spain is delayed in China. You need to wait for more days to see it arrives in Spain. I suggest you wait for another 20 days to see.

Hi,

The seller has shipped my parcel (CP408554960CN) in June. It’s a surface parcel, and the status has been stuck at “sent to airline” for a month. The destination of this parcel is Norway.

Can I check when can I expect to receive it?
