Hi Youssef,

It was received by airline on October 5 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Germany after it was received by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hello. I don't know if you can help me or if this is the correct area, consdering this is from Hong Kong. My package that was shipped from North Carolina, USA to Mexico ended up being stuck in Hong Kong for some reason since October 13. Tried cntact HK post but they have no inquiry of the item.
