Hi my package is still sitting in China and has not moved since the 14th of May 2020? I’m a little concerned my tracking number is LX131139719CN can you please help me out and find out where exactly it is and how long will it take to get to Australia? Thanks

How do I send a package back to China on something that I did not order and I want my money back
The item that I ordered was a snow shovel and all I got was a freaking cone I want my money back and I'm sending it back return to sender I tried contacting the information I have and it's an unused email unused phone number not found so I don't know how to get a hold of them to let them know that I'm returning it

You should contact the seller first to ask if you could return it back and get refund. If they agree, they will give you the address to return back and then you do it. You may get nothing if you return it back and couldn't contact the seller successfully.
