Hi juana,

It was delivered by airline on July 22 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Colombia after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

I had 4 packages being sent out from the same shipper and only received one of the packages. Not sure why there are two different locations and no updates since April. I would like to know where my packages are located as they are important.
