I am hoping for some help or clarification about the status of my package or when I can expect it to finally arrive.

It left Beijing on October 30 and no tracking updates since then. 2 months is a long time for it to have left China and still not have arrived in Canada. Does anyone know how long it usually takes to get to Canada?

I have been experiencing the same problem. My package CY116431505U, has been stuck in customs since the 15th of December 2020. I would love some clarification on this because the expected due date was between the 23rd- 25th of December.

It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered in Canada. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
