Help with Tracking!

I haven't received any updates since 9/12. Are you able to help me?
My tracking number is UT206829547CN. I am about ready to call my bank to open a claim for a fraudulent company. I am starting to think, this purchase was a scam.

Hi earmijo,

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it moves for some stations in China. So, you can't get more update after Sep. 12. It usually takes about 40-60 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.

Hi I ordered an item which was shipped on 25th March and given tracking number LZ758839089CN but there is no tracking information still from any tracking source site. Can you tell me why please? Is it a genuine tracking number? Thanks
