Help tracking returned parcel

Hi I posted a parcel in uk on 12/01/2021 to Safe Howse in China but it has not arrived yet.
I have tried to track it with the tracking mumber but can only find it leaving Langley uk on the 13/01/2021 and Arriving China post at 08.05 on 14/01/2021 but cannot track any further from there.
Tracking number RN168164800GB.

UW653021468CN is the tracking number. My parcel keeps on being returned everytime it reaches Shanghai. I am annoyed as this is the 5th time and at this rate I will never receive it. Can you please find out why it keeps being returned then in transit again? The parcel is only an AirPods sleeve case.
