Help! Parcel Stuck @ Zhengzhou for a while now

Hello Everyone! So i've ordered a parcel back in March this year from Aliexpress with Tracking No : RE045707173CN with China Post and i really wanna know why its been stuck in "Zhengzhou, imports custom Release?
i would be very grateful if i could have an answer.

Hi mermaid1994,

You couldn't receive it. It couldn't pass the customs check and has been returned back to Zhengzhou City where the seller is located since May 24. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Or open a dispute on Aliexpress to get refund.
