Hi Ekhsan Ibrahim,

These two packages are not normal. They may be lost as it has been nearly 5 months that you still don't receive them. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.

Packages LY882440175CN, LY890490182CN, LY892809955CN, LY909880363CN are all stuck in arived at port status. 3 of which been in the same status for 20 days.

Packages LY913118113CN and LY912004477CN are both stuck in retained at swaps bureau. Is there a huge delay with shipping currently? It seems a lot of packages are delayed for everyone.
