Help me! my package from shine has been in transit for 11 days

Hi there I was wondering if you can help me. I ordered things from SHEIN and I have been tracking it the whole time. Its been stuck in transit in Hong Kong for 11 days and is meant to arrive this week. I have ordered there before and I live in New Zealand and it has not taken this long before. please help I'm not sure him gonna get it.

I have sent a parcel to New zeland on 30th May 2024. Its been 22 days and status shows that it is in transit and is in Hong Kong from past 11 days. Could you please help with the current exact status of my parcel
