Good afternoon. Help me please. Find a parcel. My parcel number: RO007942397RU. Where is the parcel? What do I need to do to deliver or return it?

Last tracking information shows it's retained by customs in China. You'd better contact the recipient in China and ask if he has got any notice from China Post or custom in China. The recipient should have got a notice about how to get it.
