This site hasn’t answered any of my questions so if you found it while looking for information on your package don’t even bother asking on here because they won’t answer your questions… this has been incredibly frustrating and honestly a waste of time but I don’t understand how an express package hasn’t left China yet and it’s been 2 weeks, how the hell is that “express”? I’ve tried to be calm, I’ve tried to be patient but the lack of response on any of my three questions on here shows an inherent lack of customer service that is honestly astonishing.
