HELP! I need 2 packages intercepted immediately!!

2 buyers filed a case on eBay saying that they haven’t received their items but they are still currently in transit! eBay then decided to refund them and take the money out of my account! How can I have these packages returned back to the sender? They are coming from China and heading to the U.S.

I have been scammed by someone pretending to be PayPal and have sent a package to Beijing that I’m not going to receive payment for. I am also in contact with Australia Post but would really appreciate your help to have it returned to me. I understand the package is currently in the air. Please resend it back to Australia once it lands in China. The tracking number is EJ278632544AU.

Sorry, we are only a tracking platform. We couldn't deal with the package for you. You need to contact China Post directly by calling 86 10 11185 (Chinese language) to return it back to you once it's in China. Better let someone could speak English to call for you.

I order something on SHEIN and I accidentally put the wrong address and I want to change my address, what should I do now. I tracked it from a china post and it says "Returning package to the shipper." Please help does that mean I have to pay full price to get my pakage.
eBay always protect the right of the buyer. In this case, you can only contact the buyer to refuse to receive the package when it's delivered or let them return the package back to you.
