HELP CH103120420US

I sent this package to China in July. It was stuck in customs for months and now it looks like it is being returned back to me? It says handed back to carrier on Nov 27. That’s the last thing I have seen. HELP!

For packages returned back, it usually takes a long time to be delivered. You need to wait about 2-3 months to get it.
