Hi
I have previously asked you what was happening with my parcel. LO987257214CN And the tracking said delivered to air transport and you said it had left China and was on route to UK. However today tracking has updated to Leaving Chongqing Unity Village Center Station, China so my parcel clearly hasn’t left China. Can you update me on why it’s moved from air transport to village centre station?

Hi Kelly,
It didn't leave China successfully from Beijing and was transited to Chongqing to leave. Please wait for more days to get update.

What caused it too not leave successfully?
