I ordered shoes and on the tracking number which is RS214228748CN it says exports customs cleared for a while now. What does this mean? I asked a week ago too and was told to ask a week after. It's been a month now and I still haven't received anything. How long will it arrive in Australia?

If you couldn't receive it within two months, better open a dispute to where you paid the money to soon.
