Hi there, I order some clothes from SHEIN this week , and I am quite worried that some of my orders may be stuck because they haven’t move from “ SHENZHEN departed facility in processing center” in 3 days when others only spent 1 day there .

Hi Daisy. I ordered clothes from SHEIN on the 24th of November. I kept on tracking my goods, Its is the 5th day now my goods are in Shanghai, China Departed Operations Facility. I've been writing emails to SHEIN asking about my goods but I did not get any response. My order number is GSHMPW16000J5UW

I ordered on the 11th of June, and I still can't see my order status. It has been saying "data loading, please wait patiently ". I haven't even received the tracking number, the order number is GSHNUW28F000MJB.
I was wondering if my package is okay? I order in Shein on the 21st and it say's it's been in international warehouse final package sterilization and inspection, the past 3 days and usually it takes about 1 day for others. So I was wondering if you could check on it and see everything is okay.
